My husband and I love to cook professionally and take a lot of time mastering international cuisines, I can't say that I have a favorite because I love to eat! Recently we lived in New Orleans, while there we learned about French-Creole, and Soul food cooking techniques, and BUTTER! Who Dat! Just a short drive from New Orleans is Florida where we would spend time Scuba diving. I am a PADI Advanced Scuba diver and would recommend diving to anyone! I spend a lot of time exercising off that butter so cardio training and endurance exercises help keep me ready to run out and help when you need me most!
