Happy Fall Yawl...in Texas that means patio weather. Time for hanging out with friends, family and enjoying that cool autumn air. It's also time to think about more thank pumpkin spice and sweaters. The falling leaves and acorns can make a mess of your roof and gutters. Use this time to inspect your home for cold drafts before that cold really kicks in. My husband and I love to cook professionally and take a lot of time mastering international cuisines, I can't say that I have a favorite because I love to eat! Recently we lived in New Orleans, while there we learned about French-Creole, and Soul food cooking techniques, and BUTTER! Who Dat! Just a short drive from New Orleans is Florida where we would spend time Scuba diving. I am a PADI Advanced Scuba diver and would recommend diving to anyone!
